Kendra J. Watkins
I enjoy working with individuals of all ages struggling with OCD and severe anxiety such as panic attacks, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, and body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRB’s such as skin-picking and hair-pulling). I believe in providing a safe and calm space for you to discuss your most difficult thoughts. I am a proud member of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) and provide Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for individuals struggling with symptoms of OCD.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, and my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at the University of North Texas. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband of sixteen years building Lego.
