    Kendra J. Watkins, MS, NCC, LPC

    Kendra enjoys working with individuals of all ages struggling with OCD and related disorders, such as panic disorder, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, and body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRB’s such as skin-picking and hair-pulling). Kendra believes in providing a safe and calm space to discuss your most difficult thoughts. Kendra is a proud member of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) and provides Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for individuals struggling with symptoms of OCD.

    Kendra earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, and her Master of Science degree in clinical mental health counseling at the University of North Texas. In her free time, she enjoys building Lego creations and photographing her food to the chagrin of family, friends, and strangers alike.
